Managing Committee:

The units of our Society are managed by a Managing Committee of five members for each unit of the Society. The status of all the members is honorary, subservient to Board of Directors for a period of three years extendable to a second term on remarkable achievements and respective activities. The office bearers are designated as Chairperson, Secretary and other members elected by two third majorities of present members.

 

Advisory Board:

The Managing Committee seeks advices from the Advisory Board nominated by the Managing Committee consisting of three to five members. The term of the Board membership is three years extendable to a second term on remarkable achievements and respective activities. The office bearers are designated as Chairperson, Secretary and other members elected by two third majorities of present members. The Board of Directors can call an extra ordinary meeting of Managing Committee and Advisory Board at least once in a financial year.

 

Selection Committee:

The Selection Committee is constituted from time to time in accordance with the need of the hour for selection of staff members, e.g. Teaching faculty, Non-teaching and technical staff for establishments and other relevant works for the Units of the Society, in accordance with the set rules of the Society.

 

Survey Team:

The Survey Teams are constituted from time to time for conducting survey at the identified locations to examine the need for orientation of part time and short term professional courses on charity basis launch in accordance with the budget provisions. Such functionaries are time based and entitled to TA/DA, refreshment and desirable honorarium during the time of their engagement on the job, as provided under rules.
